Confirm the Production Requirements
Finalize the approved sample reference, written specifications, quantity, color breakdown, packaging instructions and commercial terms. The production team prepares the technical and material requirements for the order.
Manufacture with Quality Checks
Production follows the agreed requirements and engineering instructions. Material, in-process and finished-product checks support the review of workmanship and product details throughout manufacturing.
Complete Packing & Shipment Arrangements
Finished bags are checked and packed according to the agreed instructions. Confirm product labels, carton marks, shipment details and the selected transport arrangement for the order.
Supporting note: Revisions or changes to materials, specifications or quantity may require the cost and schedule to be reviewed before the project moves forward.

Order Quantity
Private label bag projects can start from 50 pieces, subject to the design, materials, customization and order configuration. Confirm the applicable minimum quantities for your project.
Development & Production Timing
Company guidance lists sample development at 3–7 working days and a standard production window of 7–15 days after sample approval. Actual timing depends on specifications, material availability, revisions and quantity. Large orders are scheduled against capacity.
Production Completion & Shipping
Keep the manufacturing completion date separate from the arrival date. Sea freight, air freight and express options are discussed around the destination and delivery requirements.
